Fingersafe residential type panels, special joint to prevent risk of injury during opening or closing of door (EN 12604) Characteristics
- Insulation: High density, self-extinguishing CFC-free Polyurethane foam
- Metal layers: Pre-painted galvanised steel
- Coatings: 25 um Polyester or 140 um U.V. resistant Polyvinyl film
- Outer surface: See Range Below
- Inner surface: Stucco embossed
- Female side of the panels is fitted with a closed cell gasket providing increased air and water tightness
(Both Class 3 as per EN 13241-1; water tightness increased to 110Pa) - Both sides protected with adhesive polythene film (to be removed before installation)
- Internal continuous steel reinforcement at hinge position top and bottom of panel
