- Female side of the panel is fitted with a closed cell gasket providing increased air and water tightness
(Both Class 3 as per EN 13241-1; water tightness increased to 110 Pa) - Both sides protected with adhesive polythene film (to be removed before installation)
- Internal continuous steel reinforcement at hinge position top and bottom of panel
